Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Creek Store DxB. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have [30] calendar days (Standard is usually 14 or 30) to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To complete your return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items on "Sale" or purchased during a clearance event may not be eligible for returns (unless defective).
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), Creek Store DxB will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at creekstoredxb@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
